SugarCRM ranked as one of the top 10 CRM software systems in Southeast Asia
Hot on the heels of being named a 2012 CRM Excellence Award Winner by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine, SugarCRM has now been rated as one of the top 10 CRM software systems in Southeast Asia. Chuck Schaffer with CRMSearch.com recently published this report in an independent review of top Southeast Asia CRM solutions.
This good piece of regional review was an effort to clearly identify the CRM software market share leaders in Southeast Asia on the bases of local factors and enterprises’ CRM strategy.
Doug Erickson, Vice President, Asia Pacific, for SugarCRM goes on to say, "Business needs are different in Asia and Australia than they are in North America, and our partners' reach and expertise, in addition to their creativity and their ability to distil real business needs for their end-user customers, give users real competitive advantages precisely tailored to their geographic regions."
According to SugarCRM the Rest of the World (ROW) segment, which is dominated by Asia, is growing in revenues and customer acquisitions at about 40% annually.
Although SugarCRM Company does not have a regional office in Southeast Asia but this open-source CRM application has grown to become one of the most widely used CRM platforms. Currently, SugarCRM is represented by its business partners in the region.
CRM Magazine, InfoWorld and Customer Interaction Solutions have also recognized SugarCRM— for its customer success and product innovation.
