This highly successful business chooses SugarCRM Enterprise for managing their customers, Quotes & Invoices, track & serve incoming leads, analyze campaign performances. Maid for You New York contacted OSSCube for customizing Quote system, map business work flows and integrate with various incoming lead forms. OSSCube was also to deploy and support SugarCRM.

The Solution: 

OSSCube SugarCRM Consultants began the work by mapping and documenting workflows and forms used by Maid for You team. They collaborated with Maid for You New York team, developed a Software Requirement Specification document. Once the SRS and timelines were approved, a detailed project plan was developed in consultation with client's team. Using SugarCRM development framework, Zend Studio IDE, PHP, MySQL, JQuery and Web 2.0 technologies, team OSSCube developed, tested and implemented the project in two phases.
